  • 3 Tbsp Wegmans Basting Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Wegmans Pure Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Food You Feel Good About Peeled Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Italian Classics Nonpareil Capers, undrained
  • 6 DeLallo Grilled Piquillo Peppers (Grocery Dept), sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped Italian Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Italian Classics Pine Nuts, toasted

Preparation

Step 1

•oss cauliflower with basting oil. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange in single layer on large baking sheet. Roast on center rack of oven 25-30 min, until knife tender.

•Heat olive oil in braising pan on MEDIUM. Add garlic and cook for 1 min. Add crushed red pepper, capers, and peppers. Cook, stirring, for 1 min. Stir in parsley and cauliflower.

•Cook, stirring for 1 min. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with toasted pine nuts.
