- 2 lbs cauliflower crowns, broken into small florets (or 2 pkgs Food You Feel Good About Cleaned & Cut Cauliflower Florets)
- 3 Tbsp Wegmans Basting Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp Wegmans Pure Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Food You Feel Good About Peeled Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 Tbsp Italian Classics Nonpareil Capers, undrained
- 6 DeLallo Grilled Piquillo Peppers (Grocery Dept), sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped Italian Parsley
- 1/4 cup Italian Classics Pine Nuts, toasted

Preparation
Step 1
•oss cauliflower with basting oil. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange in single layer on large baking sheet. Roast on center rack of oven 25-30 min, until knife tender.
•Heat olive oil in braising pan on MEDIUM. Add garlic and cook for 1 min. Add crushed red pepper, capers, and peppers. Cook, stirring, for 1 min. Stir in parsley and cauliflower.
•Cook, stirring for 1 min. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with toasted pine nuts.
