Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
- 3 TBS butter melted
- CAKE
- 5-8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 TBS flour
- 1 TBS. vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp lemon juice

Step 1
Mix vanilla wafer crumbs and butter in food processor. Press into a 10-inch spring form pan, set aside.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low after each one just until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake at 325 F for 1 hour 15 min. Turn off oven, prop oven door open and leave in oven 1 more hour. Chill in fridge overnight.
