Ingredients
- Raisin Bread-12 slices
- Cooking Apples peeled and sliced-2 medium
- Eggs-9 each
- Milk-3 cups
- Whipping Cream-2 cups
- Sugar-1 cup
- Pure vanilla Extract-2 tsp.
- Almond Extract-1 tsp.
- Ground Cinnamon-1 Tbsp.
- Ground Nutmeg-1 tsp.

Preparation
Step 1
1. Spray a 9x13 pan w/ non-stick spray. Line the bottom with 6 slices of bread. Layer with apples; top with remaining bread.
2. Beat eggs in large bowl. Add milk, whipping cream, sugar, and extracts. Ground cinnamon and nutmeg, mix well. pour over bread. Let stand for 15 min. OR cover and refrigerate overnight.
3. Bake, uncovered at 375°F for 50 to 60 min, or until a knife poked in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 min before serving
