Ingredients
- Crust:
- 3 pounds ricotta cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 tb vanilla
- 3 tb lemon
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 cups flour
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- I cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tb of milk

Preparation
Step 1
Spray spring pan with cooking spray. Mix crust ingredients and press into bottom of pan. Mix cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, lemon and flour with hand mixer until smooth. Pour onto pie crust.
Place spring pan onto a cookie sheet and place in oven.
Bake 350 Degrees for 1 hour.
