- 2 eggs
- 2 slices bread
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or brown sugar
- 2 shakes cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Step 1
1. Carefully crack the eggs into the bowl. Use the fork to mix well.
2. Tear the bread into small pieces. Put them in the bowl. Mix well with the fork.
3. Add the milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon to the bowl, and mix well. Put the bowl next to the stove.
4. Pour the oil into the bottom of the skillet.
5. Ask your adult helper to heat the skillet on the stove over medium heat for about 30 seconds.
6. Add the egg-bread mixture to the skillet. Scramble with the wooden spoon until the mixture is lightly browned and no longer wet, about 5 minutes.
7. Have the adult remove the skillet from the stove. Let your Scrambled French Toast cool for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
