Beef roast
onions
garlic
2-3 beef bullion cubes
seasonings
green peppers
lots of Italian seasonings

Preparation

Step 1

Roast beef in oven with onions and garlic. Season to taste. Cook until rare and slice thin.

Put in a crock pot; add beef bullion cubes, seasonings, green peppers and lots of Italian seasonings. Thicken juice and cook slow.

* Can be shredded in you want.
