- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup sugar or sugar substitute
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2/3 cups white vineger
- 1 can garbonza beans
- 1 can string beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can wax beans

Step 1
Drain and rinse all the beans. Use large bowl; add beans, and all the seasonings, oil, and vinegar. Let cooland let stand long enough for beans to pickup the flavors, about 4 hours.
