  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • ) In 2nd bowl place:
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • Beat until light and creamy
  • add 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 ) Mash bananas to = 1 cup
  • ad 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 ) Mix 2 &3 together beat until smooth
  • 5 ) add 1. Mix well

Bake 350 degrees
- Mini cupcakes 12 min yield 4 dozen
- 4 individual loaf pans 35-40 minutes
- 1 large loaf pan - 45-60 minutes
