Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- ) In 2nd bowl place:
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- Beat until light and creamy
- add 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 ) Mash bananas to = 1 cup
- ad 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 ) Mix 2 &3 together beat until smooth
- 5 ) add 1. Mix well

Divide batter into greased & floured pans.
Bake 350 degrees
- Mini cupcakes 12 min yield 4 dozen
- 4 individual loaf pans 35-40 minutes
- 1 large loaf pan - 45-60 minutes
