Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups quick grits
- 6 cups water
- 1 lb pasteurized cheese, cut into small cubes
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine
- 11 drops Tabasco sauce
- 3 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Cook grits in water according to package directions.
Remove from stove, add butter and cheese. Beat.
Add Tabasco sauce. Beat in eggs. Bake in a large buttered casserole in preheated 375 oven for 1 hour.
