Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Romano Shredded Cheese
- 6 cups loosely packed chopped romaine lettuce
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 6 pickled pearl onion s
- 6 Tbsp. Kraft Fruit & Veg Garlic Parmesan with Roasted Cauliflower Dressing

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Spoon cheese into 6 mounds, 3 inches apart, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; flatten slightly. Bake 6 min. or golden brown, carefully turning after 5 min. Remove to wire racks; cool.
Place lettuce in 6 (8-oz.) glasses. Thread 2 tomatoes and 1 onion alternately onto each of 6 skewers. Add to glasses. Drizzle with dressing.
Top with cheese crisps.
