Jezebel Sauce

Keith discovered this dish while he was in Sound of Joy and staying with a family in Metairie, Louisiana, outside of New Orleans.

Ingredients

• Equal parts:
• peach preserves
• pineapple preserves
• apricot preserves
• horseradish to taste
• cream cheese
• wheat thins or other snack crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Combine preserves and horseradish in a blender or food processor. Pour over block of cream cheese and serve with crackers.
