- 3 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons water
- 8 cups pecan halves
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 Tbsp orange zest
- 1-1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Lightly spray a 17x11 inch rimmed baking sheet or a large roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a medium bowl whisk together egg whites and 2 tablespoons water. Place pecans in egg white mixture, tossing well to coat. In another medium bowl combine sugar, zest, salt and pie spice. Add sugar mixture to pecans tossing well to coat. Spread pecans in an even layer on prepared pan. Bake stirring occasionally for 45 minutes or until almost dry. cool completely (About 2 hours).
