Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked garbanzo beans (canned)
- 1 can (12 oz) artichoke hearts
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Tahini
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients, except for the oil, in a food processor. Puree coarsely. Then add the olive oil in a steady drizzle; process to a creamy consistency.
Makes 3 1/2 c. hummus. Serve with pita bread or pita chips.
