- 2 1/2 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 2 tsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast cutlets
- 1 tbsp. olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
*In* blender or food processor, blend together sesame seeds, flour, salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper until fine yet some whole seeds remain. *Transfer* to shallow dish.
*Press* chicken cutlets into sesame seed mixture, turning and patting to coat.
*In* skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook chicken, turning once, until no longer pink inside, 12 to 14 minutes.
