  • 2 12 to 14 oz Whole Pork Tenderloins - cleaned & trimmed
  • 1 oz Pink Peppercorns - crushed

Step 1


Evenly coat the outside of the Tenderloins by rolling them in the crushed Peppercorns. Sear all sides in a non-stick pan until golden brown. Bake in oven @ 400° for 10 to 14 mins. depending upon the thickness & overall size of tenderloin. Cook until at least med., where there is not pink in the center .
