Pork Chop Marinade

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. lemon juice
• 1/2 c. soy sauce
• 1/2 c. salsa (I used mild)
• 2 Tablespoons minced fresh garlic
• 5 bone-in pork chops

Preparation

Step 1

Place the pork chops in a gallon freezer bag. Dump in lemon juice, soy sauce, salsa and garlic. Smoosh around to mix. Let sit overnight in the fridge. Grill.

Easy enough, right?! How do you fix your chops? Or your pork roasts… or pork cutlets… I have 1/2 a pig in my freezer, folks, and need some good ideas!
