Ingredients

  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • parsley
  • 1 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • salt pepper
  • 1-1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • leftover stuffing (mashed potatoes?)
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated provolone

Step 1

1. Combine onions, garlic, eggs, ketchup, parsley, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Add in ground beef.

2. Put half of meat mixture in the bottom of a loaf pan. Layer the dressing (or mashed potatoes, maybe), leaving meat around the edge. Top with remaining half of meat mixture. Put marinara sauce then provolone on top.

3. Bake at 350F for 45 mins.
