Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips(1 cup)
- 3 eggs
- 1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups Coca Cola
- 2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking poder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate s(1 1/3 Cups)
- 6 Tablespoon butter(3/4 stick)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup Coca Cola

Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
Preheat oven to 350
melt butter and 1 cup of chocolate chips in a large bowl in your microwave on high for 1 minute stir until smooth
In a medium bow beat the eggs and sugar for 30 seconds with an electric mixer on medium speed
mix in the oil and vanilla
pour mixture into the chocolate mixture then add the cola and blend for 30 seconds
combine flour, cocoa baking powder, baking soda ahd salt in a medium bowl
pour dry mixture into the wet stuff and mix with electric mixer until well combined
pour batter into a buttered 13 by 9 baking dish
bake cake for 35 to 38 minutes until a toothpik stuck into the center of the cake comes out clean
make the icing
combine 1 13 cups chocolate chips and 6 Tablespoons butter in a medium mixing bowl
microwave the butter and chocolate for 1 miute or util the chocolate softens use an electric mixer on low to blend the chocolate with the butter and then add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/8 teaspoon teaspoon salt blend in powdered sugar 1 cup at a time add 1/3 cup cola and mix for 1 minute until smooth and creamy use a spatula to frost the entire surface of the cake
