Spicy Chicken

Ingredients

• 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 2 Tbsp honey
• 1/3 c fresh lime juice
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 jalapeno pepper, roasted on a gas stove
• 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
• 1/4 tsp corn starch
• 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro

Preparation

Step 1

Mix marinade ingredients in a good processor.

Mix in cilantro.

Marinate chicken and then bake or grill.
