- 6 oz plain fat free yogurt
- 1 medium peach(es), sliced* (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup(s) raspberries,*
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp SPLENDA® SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener, or to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
Yields 1 glass per serving.

Notes:
*You can also used frozen, unsweetened peaches and raspberries instead of the fresh fruit.
For a thicker smoothie, add 1/4 cup of ice cubes before blending.
