Ingredients

1 (17.5 Oz) Box or Pouch Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Mix
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 stick Butter, softened
2 cups Chopped Pecans, divided

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cookie mix, cream cheese, butter, and 1 cup pecans in a large mixer bowl. Mix at low speed for 1 minute and then on medium speed, until well combined. Shape into a ball, roll in reserved cup of pecans, then wrap & chill for at least 3 hours.

Serve with vanilla wafers.
