Ingredients

  • 3 Cans of Pinto Beans
  • 1 Onion
  • 6 – 8 slices of bacon (chopped)
  • 1 Cup of Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup of Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of Chili
  • Salt & Pepper Seasoning

Step 1

Sautee onion and bacon in a pan. When sautéed add drained Pinto Beans to pan. Stir in seasoning, sour cream and cheddar cheese. Put in a casserole and top with Cheddar Cheese and bake for 30 mins at 350 degrees.
