Step 1

Generously spray medium skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Add pear and sprinkle with cinnamon; cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Divide yogurt between serving dishes. Top each with 3 pear pieces and one serving (2 tablespoons each)
