  • 8 Cups Broccoli/Cauliflower
  • 4 Tbsp. Oil
  • 2 Chopped Onions
  • 2/3 Cups Flour
  • 8 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
  • 5 Cups Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
  • 2/3 Cups Shredded Cheese

Step 1

Heat oil. Cook onion. Add flour, stirring 1 - 2 minutes. Crumble cubes into 6 cups boiling water. Whisk into onion mixture. Bring to boil stirring. Reduce heat, add broccoli/cauliflower, simmer until thickened and broccoli/cauliflower is cooked, stirring occasionally. Stir in milk, nutmeg, and pepper. Stir in cheese.
