Ingredients

1 pkg. ( 18 1/4 oz. lemon cake mix with pudding)
2 1/4 cups cool whip-thawed
1 egg
Powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cake mix, whipped topping and egg. Beat on medium speed until well blended. Batter will be sticky.
Drop by teaspoonful into powdered sugar, roll lightly to coat.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown. DO NOT OVER BAKE! 10-12 minutes is good.
