Ingredients

  • 8 Lrg. Sea Scallops - trimmed @ base of scallop
  • 2 Tbs Butter - melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic - minced
  • 1 Shallot - chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • handful Flat Leaf Parsley Leaves - chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Toss Scallops w/ melted Butter, Garlic, Shallots, Nutmeg, Salt & Pepper in a Med. bowl. Transfer to shallow casserole dish. Combine Olive Oil & Bread Crumbs. Scatter Bread Crumbs over Scallops & place in casserole dish. Bake Scallops 10 to 12 min or until Bread Crumbs are deep golden & Scallops are opaque.
