Ingredients
- 6 center-cut bone-in pork chops
- 2 Tbs. vegetable oil, divided
- 8 oz. sliced white mushrooms
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup condensed cream of mushroom soup

Preparation
Step 1
Season pork chops with salt and black pepper. In skillet over medium-high heat, cook pork chops in batches in 1 Tbs. oil 8 min. or until done, turning once. Set aside pork chops, reserving pan juices.
In same skillet, cook mushrooms and onions in 1 Tbs. oil 5 min. or until mushrooms are golden brown, stirring often.
Add cream of mushroom soup. Let simmer 5 min. or until thickened. Stir in reserved pan juices.
Serve mushroom sauce with pork chops. Garnish with sautéed sliced mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, if desired.
