Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter/margarine
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 cup cubed cooked potato
- 1 cup sliced cooked carrots
- 1 cup cooked peas
- pastry for covering

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in frying pan. Add onion. Saute until soft and browned.
Mix in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in water until it boils and thickens. Add worcestershire sauce.
Put chicken, potatoe, carrots and peas into 2 quart casserole. Mix lightly. Pour mixture over top.
Roll out pastry, a lttle larger than casserole. Place over top, with pastry about 1/2 to 1 inch up sides. Cut several silts in pastry. Bake in 400 oven for about 30 minutes or until hot and browned.
