Ingredients
- 1/2 bottle liquid smoke (2oz)
- 1/2 bottle A.1. steak sauce (8oz)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup Olevano Extra Virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4-8 , 12oz New York strip steaks

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large container with a lid, combine all marinade ingredients (through the salt) until well incorporated. Coat the steaks, and allow to marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
2. Remove the steaks from the marinade and cook over a hot grill, about 4-6 mins per side, or until desired doneness is achieved.
