  • 8 pork chops (or pork ribeyes)
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 TBS vegetable oil
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 TBS honey
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 TBS corn starch
  • 1 tsp grated orange peel

Preparation

Step 1

In large skillet brown pork chops in oil and set aside. Combine orange juice, honey, salt, cornstarch, and orange peel. Brush the chops with the mixture and place them in the slow cooker. Pour the rest of the mixture over the pork chops. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Before serving, prepare 2-3 cups of egg noodles. Remove chops and set aside. Pour sauce over egg noodles and stir to coat. Serve chops over egg noodles.
