1-2-3 Cake (in the microwave) Whole cake

Ingredients

• 1 package of cake mix (No Name works great)
• 3 eggs
• 1 can of pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

Shake eggs in Quick Shake. Pour in to bowl with cake mix. Fold in pie filling. Pour in to Tupperwave with cone. Let sit for 5 minutes. Cook on high for 12 minutes. Place plate over top and invert. Cake will fall out on to plate. Serve warm or cooled.

Recommendations:
-Chocolate with cherry
-Vanilla with strawberry rhubarb

Serve chocolate cake with chocolate mousse:
1 cup whipping cream
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cocoa
