Amaretti Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 Large Egg White
• 2 Teaspoons Amaretto Liquer
• 1 2/3 cups ground almonds (grind in food processor)
• 1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar + more for dusting

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk together egg white and amaretto unti light, but not stiff. Combine almonds and sugar in large bowl, add egg white mixture. Mix until dough is paste like. Pipe rounded tablespoons of dough onto parchment paper 2 inches apart. Bake for 15 minutes. Dust hot cookies with powdered sugar. Store in an airtight container.
