Garden Time! “Growing Sweet Potatoes Everywhere”

Ingredients

• Directions:
• 5 medium sweet potatoes, cooked
• 1 t. salt
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 2 T. butter
• 3 T. flour
• 8 marshmallows
• 1 c. thin cream
• 1/2 c. chopped nuts
• 1 . Cut potatoes in large size pieces and place in baking dish.
• 2 . Mix salt, brown sugar, flour and nuts and pour over potatoes.
• 3 . Place butter on top.
• 4 . Put thin cream over butter.
• 5 . Arrange marshmallows on top.
• 6 . Bake at 350 F. for 45-50 minutes.
