Ingredients
- Directions:
- 5 medium sweet potatoes, cooked
- 1 t. salt
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 T. butter
- 3 T. flour
- 8 marshmallows
- 1 c. thin cream
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 . Cut potatoes in large size pieces and place in baking dish.
- 2 . Mix salt, brown sugar, flour and nuts and pour over potatoes.
- 3 . Place butter on top.
- 4 . Put thin cream over butter.
- 5 . Arrange marshmallows on top.
- 6 . Bake at 350 F. for 45-50 minutes.
