Ingredients
- 1 PIZZA CRUST
- 8 SLICES PROVOLONE
- 1 ONION SLICED
- 1 PEPPER SLICED
- 8 OZ SLICED MUSHROOMS
- 1 1/2 CUP ITALIAN BEEF
- 2 CUPS PEPPER JACK CHEESE
- 6 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
- 1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
- 1 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER

Preparation
Step 1
MELT BUTTER. ADD ONIONS. COOK FOR 15 MINUTES UNTIL ONIONS BEGIN TO BROWN. ADD PEPPERS. CONTINUE TO COOK UNTIL PEPPERS ARE BROWNED. THEN ADD MUSHROOMS. REMOVE FROM HEAT.
DRIZZLE OLIVE OIL ON PIZZA PAN AND SPREAD GARLIC POWDER. SPREAD OUT WITH PAPER TOWEL AND THEN LAY DOUGH DOWN.
PUT PROVOLONE ON CRUST FOLLOWED BY BEEF ONIONS, PEPPERS, MUSHROOMS, AND PEPPER JACK CHEESE.
BAKE COVERED AT 475 DEGREES FOR 12-15 MINUTES.
