Danny really likes these. I do too but the dip is more trouble than it's worth - buy some rather than making this.

Ingredients
- BLUE CHEESE DIP:
- 3 servings
- 10 oz. boneless chicken strips
- 2 tsp. evoo
- 2 tsp. chipotle tabasco
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 3/4 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 small pinch cayenne
- salt to taste
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. Hellmann's Light
- 1 green onion, finely minced
- 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. worchestershire
- 2 oz. crumbled blue cheese
- generous grinding of black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
* Combine ingredients through cayenne and marinate chicken until ready to cook.
* Combine dip ingredients and refrigerate.
* If grilling chicken, thread onto skewers, sprinkle lightly with salt and grill until JUST done.
* If broiling chicken, lay strips on a rack over a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment, sprinkle lightly with salt and broil, turning as necessary, until JUST done, under 12 minutes.
