Veal Paprika with Noodles

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Veal Stew
- 1/5 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup Veal or chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 package cooked noodles
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed

Preparation
Step 1
Coat the veal well in flour, and brown in 2 tbs. of butter in Dutch oven.
Add the onion and cook. Stir until onion is golden brown.
Add the broth, salt, garlic salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil; cover; reduce heat; simmer 50-60 minutes, or until meat is fork tender.
Cook the noodles according to package directions.
Drain the noodles, toss with remaining butter.
Blend the paprika and the sour cream into the Veal mixture.
Heat gently and serve over the hot noodles.
