Ingredients
- 1 stick Butter ; melted
- 1 cans Corn ; whole kernel
- 1 cans Corn ; cream style
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 8 ounces Sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. If desired, sprinkle the top with cinnamon and sugar or grated cheddar.
Please in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes or until set.
Can be mixed together a day ahead of time and baked the next day.
