Fantasy Fudge-Daddy's

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter
• 3 cups sugar
• 1 can- 5 oz. (2/3cup) evaporated milk
• 1 - 12 oz. package semi sweet chocolate chips
• 1 - 7 oz. jar jet puffed marshmallow crème
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup chopped nuts ( optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly grease 13x9 pan. Mix margarine, sugar & milk in 3 qt. sauce pan. Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes on medium or until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees. Stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove form heat, gradually stir in chocolate chips until melted.
Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Cool at room temperature and cut into squares.
