"Candy Corn Pudding"
By ldelmas
I have found that not everyone is a fan of some of the traditional Thanksgiving desserts. This is a super easy kid-friendly dessert. When my kids were little I would make it throughout the fall. They always squealed with delight at the sight and carefully ate through the layers. For little ones or easy clean up, I usually assemble the pudding in clear plastic 8oz. tumblers.

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, make one box of the vanilla pudding according to the directions on the box. Stop the mixing process when the pudding is just starting to thicken so it will be easier to pour. Pour in each serving cup, about 3/4 inch pudding. Then mix into the remaining pudding 2-3 drops yellow food coloring- set aside to thicken.
In a clean bowl, make the second box of pudding according to the package directions. As the pudding begins to thicken add 2-3 drops each of red and yellow food coloring. Layer this now orange pudding on top of the vanilla layer in your serving cups, diving evenly between the 6.
Finish off the puddings with the remaining yellow pudding.
Garnish with a few pieces of candy corn.
Happy Fall !
