Ingredients

2 cups Pineapple Juice
2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbs Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1 Combine all ingredients.
2 Poke Chicken w/ fork & put in marinade. Should cover completely, if not add more Pineapple Juice.
3 Cover & Refridge for 24 to 36 hours.
