Ingredients
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup Betty Crocker Potato Buds (probably will work with any similar brand, I used 2 of the 2 oz packages of Idahoan. Ignore the milk and butter required by the recipe)
- fresh chives
- freshly ground black pepper
- cayenne to taste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation
Step 1
combine ingredients and fry in olive oil/butter on medium high until crisp, turn and turn again after b side is crisp. Cook until inside is firm.
