Ingredients

  • 1 TBSPN Chopped Fresh Sage
  • 1 TBSPN Chopped Fresh Tyme
  • 2 LB Russeet Potatoes , peeled and cut 1/8 in. thick
  • 2 LB Sweet Potatoes , peeled and cut 1/8 in. thick
  • 1.5 TSPN Salt
  • 1/2 TSPN Pepper
  • 1.5 Cups half and half
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1.5 cups Grated Gruyere Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 425

Line large rimmed baking sheet with foil

Mist 3 qrt shallow microwave and oven safe baking dish with cooking spray

Combine Sage and thyme in small bowl

In baking dish layer 1/3 of potatoes and sweet potatoes, alternating slices. Spinckle with 1/3 of herb mixture and 1/3 of salt and pepper.
repeat 3 times.

Combine half and half and broth and pour over potatoes. Place dish on baking sheet and cover with foil.

Bake 50 min. Uncover sprinckle with cheese and bakre until bubbly - 20 -25 min. Let rest 10 min before serving.
