Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Butter
- 2 1/2 pound Onion ; sliced
- 1 quart Beef stock
- 1 quart Chicken stock
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Celery salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- Bay leaf

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter. Add onions and brown well. Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 40 minutes.
