Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 stick of margarine
- 1/2 cup Crisco
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp real vanilla flavoring
- 1 tsp lemon flavoring

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Cream butter, margarine, and Crisco. Add sugar and cream together. Add eggs and mix together.
2. Sift flour with salt and baking powder. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture, slowly, and mix well. Add milk last with the vanilla and lemon flavoring. Mix together well.
3. Bake for one hour at 350F in a well-greased and floured tube pan. When baked, remove from oven and let sit for 15 mins before removing from pan. Turn pan upside down onto a cake plate. Makes a large cake.
4. Serve with strawberries, or any fruit of choice, and whipped cream.
