Ingredients

  • 2 lb frozen hash browns (bag)
  • 500 ml sour cream
  • 2 tins of condensed soup (Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Celery or Onion)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated or finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or parmesan cheese

Step 1

Thaw potatoes overnight in fridge. In a Large Bowl mix ingredients together. Chop onions in Quick Chef or Chop n Prep. Grate cheese. Spread in Tupperwave and cook for 20 minutes in microwave on high.
