Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sweet and spicy bbq sauce
- 1 1/4 cups chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup frozen baby lima beans
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teas. salt
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- 2 lb. pulled smoked chicken
- 1 (26 oz) jar fire roasted tomato and garlic pasta sauce
- 1 (16 oz) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup chopped onion
- Variation: add sliced smoked sausage to this stew
