Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sweet and spicy bbq sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped bell pepper
  • 1 cup frozen baby lima beans
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teas. salt
  • 1/2 tea. pepper
  • 2 lb. pulled smoked chicken
  • 1 (26 oz) jar fire roasted tomato and garlic pasta sauce
  • 1 (16 oz) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • Variation: add sliced smoked sausage to this stew
