- 2 1/2 cups rotini
- 2 grilled boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 roasted red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup chopped sun dries tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced or diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup bottled herb salad dressing

Step 1
Cook rotini according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water; drain well. Combine cooked rotini with remaining ingredients;mix well. Cover and let stand 30 minutes to blend flavors. Toss gently before serving.
