grilled boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
roasted red pepper, cut into thin strips
cup chopped sun dries tomatoes
cup sliced or diced cucumber
cup bottled herb salad dressing
Cook rotini according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water; drain well. Combine cooked rotini with remaining ingredients;mix well. Cover and let stand 30 minutes to blend flavors. Toss gently before serving.
