  • 20 g Butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g white chocolate

Step 1

Melt the butter and chocolate gently, either in the microwave or in a bowl over hot water.

Separate the eggs and add the yolks to the molten chocolate one by one. Mix well between each yolk.

Whisk the egg whites until they are stiff and fold them into the chocolate mix.

Pour into a bowl or separate into foul little ones and put into the fridge to set.
