Orange Honey Dressing

• 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
• 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Put the vinegar, orange juice concentrate, oil, honey, mustard, and salt in the plastic container and seal tightly.

2. Put your hand on the lid of the container and shake the container up and down as hard as you can. Dance around! Jump up and down! Shake until all the ingredients are well mixed together.

3. Fit the funnel into the bottle. Carefully pour the dressing into the bottle.

4. Serve dressing on top of salad or your favorite vegetables.
